RETURN POLICY

What is the refund/return policy?

Please not that due to recent COVID issues, refunds are no longer acceptable. 

If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please refer to our terms and conditions to see if the issue falls into our allowable range.

Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

In effort to reduce the impact of returned products, LANARTSY reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, LANARTSY does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Acceptable returns must be received within 30 days.

When are orders refundable?

Orders are refundable when:

  1. You request a change or cancellation to the order and the order has not started production.
  2. There is a quality issue with the item you have received.

When are orders not refundable?

Orders are NOT refundable for reasons including the following:

  1. The wrong size is ordered.
  2. A package was lost (in this case, we usually reship the order).
  3. An item was damaged in transit.

What are the steps to a resolution?

If you receive a product that has a quality issue, please:

  1. Take a few good quality pictures that clearly illustrate the problem.
  2. Email us at info@lanartsy.com
  3. In the subject title, please put the order number so we can easily look up your information and order.
  4. We will confirm we received your email and will try to be back in touch in 48 hours.

We may ask you for more information or pictures if the submitted photos are not clear enough. We take quality matters very seriously and sometimes it can take a bit longer to review a problem if it is more complicated. We will work with you to find a solution that is appropriate to your specific issue. Possible resolutions is reshipping the order, crediting the order, providing a credit to have the garment fixed at your local tailor, or in very rare cases, refunding the order.

Customs Fees, Duties, and Shipment Delays

Lanartsy ships worldwide with Canada Post, USPS, and various courier services. Tracking numbers will be provided for shipments whenever possible. Any additional costs or customs fees occurring from shipments (both domestic or international) are not the responsibility of Lanartsy. International orders under $100 do not have tracking.

Please contact your local post office if you are unsure of the customs, duties, or expected transit times for your country.

Lanartsy allows our customers to request alternative and express shipping methods such as UPS or DHL at an additional cost. Please contact us if you would like to use an upgraded shipping method for your order and we will arrange it if possible.

Shipments delayed by the shipping service are beyond our control and personal costs resulting from delayed shipments are not the responsibility of Lanartsy. We commit to shipping your order in a timely manner. Occasionally, an order takes longer than predicted due to various reasons including low inventory, out of stock items or technical issues. We will try to contact you if there is a severe delay on your order.
